Upon completion, we'll send the shop to you for your final approval. Once approved, simply share the link or QR code, and we'll handle the rest!

  • Your store can be live and ready to take orders in 24 hours.

  • Yes! You can choose options for individual names, numbers, class, position, etc to be added to some items or every item. Your dedicated store manager can help you with this.

  • We make webstores for organizations of all sizes. That being said, we recommend a minimum of 50 players/team members to ensure a successful webstore.

  • Similar to other businesses, our suppliers are grappling with supply chain challenges. Occasionally, certain items featured in your shops may unexpectedly go out of stock, leading to challenges in fulfilling those specific items. In such cases, our team will promptly initiate a refund when the shop concludes.

  • Due to the custom nature of each item, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items. However, if your item arrives damaged, please let us know immediately and we will resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
