REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on custom products. If there’s a problem with your order, please email sales@arelisportswear.com.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all purchases within 3-4 weeks unless otherwise noted in your order confirmation notification. Orders ship through USPS, UPS, and Fedex. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. If you use a P.O. Box in your shipping address, you will be contacted to modify the shipping address. If you do not respond, your order will be cancelled. If you do not receive your product within 4 weeks, please contact your rep or sales@arelisportswear.com.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns for any custom orders. Customer is responsible for the price of shipping the item back to Areli Sportswear Headquarters.
